Simply put: you know how to edit kick ass videos. Most projects are one to two weeks and require a high level of skill in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

You always have a camera in your hands and you’ll do anything to get the perfect shot. Having your own equipment is not required for this role.

You’re a true professional behind the mic and have killer range. Most projects require a 24 hour turnaround so having your own home studio is ideal.

You're able to manage complex projects and large teams remotely and in person. You're extremely organized and keep your cool in stressful situations.

You can write a powerful commercial script in one or two days. You’re able to thoroughly research ideas and quickly gather assets for any project.

You're an ultra creative person with a great understanding of color theory, typography and graphic design. You're highly experienced in 2D/3D animation.
